How do I get paid?
You’ll receive payments directly through our secure platform. Payments are processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis, and you can track your earnings in your dashboard.
What credentials are required?
To join, you’ll need to provide your medical license, proof of identity, and any other relevant certifications. Our team will verify your credentials before you can start consulting.
Is the platform secure?
Yes. Consultations are encrypted, and patient data is handled as sensitive personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the confidentiality provisions of the National Health Act 2014.
Can I set my own schedule?
Absolutely! You have full control over your availability. You can set your consultation hours and adjust them anytime to fit your schedule.
How do I connect with patients?
Once your profile is live, patients can book consultations with you based on your availability. You’ll receive notifications for new appointments, and consultations are conducted through our secure video or chat interface.
What if I need technical support?
Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any technical issues. You can reach us via email, chat, or phone, and we’ll resolve your concerns promptly.
Are there any fees to join?
Signing up is completely free! We only take a small commission from your earnings per consultation, with no hidden fees or upfront costs.
Can I consult with patients internationally?
Not at present. Hospitals247 operates in Nigeria: doctors practise under MDCN registration and patients are matched within their state and LGA. If that changes we will say so here.
