How do I see a doctor?
Describe your symptoms in the app. We match you with a licensed doctor based on their speciality and who is available, and the consultation opens as a chat, audio call or video call.
Is the consultation private?
Yes. Consultations run over an encrypted connection, and your medical history is visible only to you and the doctor treating you.
Can I get a prescription?
Yes. Licensed doctors issue prescriptions in the app, and we route yours to a pharmacy near you. You can also take it to any pharmacy you prefer.
What can be treated online?
Non-emergency conditions — general health concerns, ongoing management of chronic illness, and mental health. For an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
How do I pay?
You top up a naira wallet in the app with a card or bank transfer, and every service — consultations, prescriptions, lab tests — is paid from that one balance.
